that meet your needs. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or
exchange an item. Please review our return policy below:

1. Refunds
   • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for
     refunds.
   • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your
     item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of
     return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
     condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
   • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if
     applicable).
2. Non-Refundable Items
   • Clearance or sale items.
3. Restocking Fees
   • A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be
     deducted from your refund amount.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
   • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
   • ProMonis Educational Materials is not liable for any damaged or lost items
     during the shipping process. Should your order arrive with obvious shipping
     damage, please contact us immediately and send us a photo.
5. Return Process

   • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the
